TCL SunPower Global operates in the renewable energy equipment manufacturing industry, focusing on shaping the future of global energy through advanced power solutions.

• Build, develop and manage dealer network;
• Achieve quarterly and yearly sales quotas;
• Analyse regional markets and competitive product landscape;
• Help dealer network implement tools to leverage TCL product advantages and increase sales to the end customer;
• Work closely with the Marketing Department and Sales Director to jointly develop regional marketing plans;
• Drive implementation of a robust sales forecasting system throughout the customer base;
• Manage expense budgets;
• Manage Average Sales Prices and receivables to pre-defined targets;
• Develop and manage regional strategic partnerships, as required.

• Have experience in a closely related industry involving high-value products sold in the home, requiring expert installation and after-sales support;
• Demonstrate successfully proven skills in an industry employing a dealer network to go to market;
• Possess extensive experience setting up and managing dealer channels;
• Demonstrate a proven ability to drive aggressive sales growth and meet targets;
• Have strong verbal and written communication and presentation abilities;
• Possess excellent organisational skills, being self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Undertake domestic and international travel;
• Nice to have: Experience in selling PV Solar, storage or heat pump systems to end consumers, strong technical background, experience in high-tech marketing or product management.
