We have an active vacancy for a Corporate Banker in our corporate team in the Adjara region.

• Study each corporate client in the sector, systematically analyze their requirements and needs, and make tailored offers based on this analysis.
• Consistently maintain a high standard of service for corporate clients, ensuring that they are served promptly and effectively.
• Communicate regularly with existing and prospective clients and take care to offer and provide them with diversified products tailored to their needs.
• Represent clients' interests and act as a strategic adviser on banking and financial matters.
• Build a team with people who have the necessary qualifications.
• Clearly define employees' duties and roles, and effectively distribute ongoing work.
• Assess the quality of team members' work, support them in their current activities, and consistently focus on their development.
• Maintain the quality of the portfolio of credit, deposit and other banking products, and grow it in terms of volume and profitability.
• Actively participate in developing projects and presenting them to the credit committee.
• Ensure strong coordination with the bank's various structural units.
• Participate in portfolio planning on a quarterly and annual basis and ensure effective implementation of the plan.

• Higher education in finance or business administration.
• At least 4 years of experience working in a bank.
• Knowledge of English and Russian.
• Knowledge of office software.
• Knowledge of the bank's structure and allocation of functions.
• Knowledge of banking legislation.
• Knowledge of banking products and processes, and tariffs.
• Будет плюсом: CFA and/or MBA will be considered an advantage
