Head of segment for customers aged 60+

• Develop and manage the segment strategy, needs, value propositions, and development paths
• Define and monitor segment KPIs (customer acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, NPS, and others)
• Initiate strategic initiatives to achieve growth and commercial results
• Conduct market and customer research
• Analyze competitor data and customer needs
• Work closely with internal stakeholders
• Ensure a smooth customer journey from discovery and activation to regular use and retention
• Work to reduce cultural, language, and process-related barriers to create the best customer experience
• Plan sales campaigns and monitor their execution
• Develop strategies to acquire and retain customers
• Collect and analyze data (financial, business, and customer results)

• Experience working in the banking sector
• At least 2 years of experience in product development, segment services, or managing customer engagement, retention, and CRM processes
• Experience in analytics and data analysis
• Experience in analytics and campaign planning and management
• Business-oriented thinking—understanding how improving customer experience can translate into MAU/MACH growth
