• Own the full sales cycle, from new business prospecting to closing
• Build and grow long-term relationships with FMCG brands in the DACH market
• Spot new business opportunities and shape tailored campaigns in sampling, market research and influencer marketing
• Analyze campaign results and advise clients on market and social media trends
• Keep your pipeline up to date in the CRM
• Work closely with internal teams
• Represent the company at client meetings, trade fairs and industry events across Europe

• C2 level German and very good English
• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience
• Experience in new business, account management and the full sales cycle
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• An independent, structured and target-driven way of working
• Analytical and strategic thinking
• Interest in the food and beverage industry
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced, international team

• Base salary of €32,000 to €40,000 per year, plus €10,000 to €14,000 in yearly commission (OTE €42,000 to €54,000)
