Wolt is a technology company that operates a global logistics platform facilitating the delivery of food, groceries, and retail goods across more than 500 cities in 30 countries. Following a merger with DoorDash, the organization focuses on expanding its corporate service offerings and building relationships with merchants and large-scale organizations.
задачи
- Identify, prospect, and close new customers across Poland;
- Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities through structured outreach and consultative selling;
- Track performance and pipeline progress in Pipedrive and report learnings to leadership;
- Build and execute a go-to-market strategy and business development plan for Wolt for Work in Poland;
- Establish new strategic partnerships that benefit from Wolt for Work services;
- Drive and manage the growth of existing accounts;
- Act as a trusted advisor to client representatives to resolve service-related issues;
- Make business decisions using data to support intuition;
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams including Product, Analytics, Marketing, Operations, and Support to build market propositions;
- Work with restaurant and retail sales teams to expand existing partnerships into Wolt for Work opportunities.
требования
- 4-6 Years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in enterprise or mid-market segments;
- Experience with consultative sales and long-cycle deal management;
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Pipedrive and sales productivity platforms;
- Ability to close partnerships with various company sizes, from C-level executives to small business owners;
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking skills with the ability to build business from scratch;
- Excellent analytical skills, including translating data into actions, analyzing sales metrics, and producing KPIs;
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Business level of communication and presentation skills in English and Polish;
- Strong leadership skills or potential;
- Nice to have: Sales-driven, ambitious, customer-focused, creative problem-solving, proactive self-starter.
условия
- Total target compensation (OTE) is 14 622 PLN - 17 500 PLN gross per month;
- Compensation includes an 80/20 split between base salary and variable pay.
