Customs clearance agent

We are expanding our team and looking for motivated, responsible, and qualified professionals to fill three positions: Customs Clearance Agent (CHA), Sales Specialist, and Marketing and Supply Management Specialist. Candidates should be proactive, well-organized, and able to work independently as well as within a team. Very good English language skills, both written and spoken, are required for all positions.

• Prepare and process customs clearance documentation for import and export shipments.
• Coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping companies, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import/export requirements.
• Monitor shipments and ensure timely customs clearance.
• Verify invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other required documents.
• Resolve documentation discrepancies and customs-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customs declarations, duties, taxes, and shipment documentation.
• Identify and approach potential customers and business partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
• Present and promote the company’s products and services.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate with clients and follow up on business opportunities.
• Work toward achieving sales targets and supporting business growth.
• Monitor market trends and identify new sales opportunities.
• Develop and implement marketing activities to promote the company’s products and services.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and competitor activities.
• Identify potential markets, customers, suppliers, and business opportunities.
• Coordinate purchasing activities and communicate with suppliers.
• Monitor supply availability, delivery schedules, and inventory requirements where applicable.
• Negotiate with suppliers and assist in obtaining competitive prices and terms.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and other internal teams to support business operations.
• Prepare marketing reports, supplier records, and operational documentation.

• Knowledge of customs procedures and import/export regulations.
• Very good English language skills, both written and spoken, are required.
