Account Manager

IDBank was founded in 1990 as Anelik Bank and has operated under the IDBank name since June 4, 2018. The bank provides modern digital solutions with an individual approach and aims to be customers’ first-choice innovative bank.

• Serve customers and provide consultations on the bank’s services and products;
• Identify customer needs and attract new customers;
• Sell and cross-sell the bank’s services;
• Process loans, attract deposits, open and service bank accounts, and handle payment cards, safe deposit boxes, and remote banking systems;
• Provide customers with account certificates, statements, payment documents, copies, and other documents defined by the bank’s internal regulations.

• Higher education;
• At least 1 year of work experience in lending;
• Good computer skills, including MS Office;
• Knowledge of Armenian and Russian;
• Communication and negotiation skills;
• Sales skills;
• Willingness to work in a team;
• Ability to work in different situations and make quick decisions;
• Stress resistance.
