• Identify the needs of customers visiting the bank;
• Provide customers with relevant advice and information about the bank’s services and products;
• Advise customers on ATMs and payment terminals;
• Receive and issue new, reissued, or confiscated plastic cards;
• Provide information and service regarding customers’ accounts and other services;
• Accept customer applications related to bank services and ensure their processing;
• Clarify and resolve customer questions and issues, respond quickly, and provide feedback;
• Accept customer complaints and suggestions, ensure their processing, and provide feedback.

• Higher education;
• Knowledge of computer programs, including MS Office;
• Knowledge of Armenian and Russian;
• Effective customer service skills;
• Communication and teamwork skills;
• Work organization and time management skills;
• Negotiation and fast, effective problem-solving abilities;
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously;
