Answer clients’ questions about trading, futures, consumer products, Kraken Desktop, and Crypto DW through text and live support channels
Diagnose and resolve clients’ trading, futures, Kraken Desktop, and Crypto DW issues
Test new trading features and provide feedback before their release to clients
Assist in managing the Consumer, Trading, Futures, and Kraken Desktop support team, including quality assurance for other specialists and updating training materials and Confluence articles
Provide calculation breakdowns for client questions about fees, margin levels, and profit and loss
Potentially monitor trading activity for fraudulent actions or trade-out attacks
требования
Experience in customer service, such as retail, hospitality, or a customer service center
Experience with digital asset or other trading platforms, including advanced trading platforms
Knowledge of trading and charting, with an understanding of leveraged trading through Futures, Margin, or preferably both
Good math skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
Fluent English
Availability to work evenings and weekends; working hours would likely align with North America or the EU
