It provides liquidity, custody, compliance, risk management, and settlement capabilities for fintechs, banks, brokerages, and payment providers.

• Design and implement reliable Rust services and libraries for trading, payments, and crypto experiences
• Write reusable, testable, efficient code that scales across teams and supports revenue-critical systems while maintaining safety and security
• Collaborate on distributed systems architecture and translate evolving product requirements into resilient, low-latency solutions
• Contribute to a high-performance, product-driven engineering culture alongside Rust engineers

• 3+ Years of software engineering experience
• Proficiency in writing network services or asynchronous code in Rust
• A security-first mindset in system design
• Ability to debug issues autonomously across the OS, network, and application stack
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, RPC protocols, Kafka, and event-driven systems
• Ability to collaborate with product teams to gather requirements and constraints
• End-to-end ownership of systems and libraries
