• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python 3.11 and Django / DRF
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decisions
• Build reliable and performant systems with MySQL and Redis
• Build and improve RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations
• Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Business teams to deliver features and automate back-office processes and workflows
• Investigate and resolve production issues, identify bottlenecks, and help reduce technical debt
• Follow best practices in Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality
• Contribute to improvements in architecture, development processes, and internal tooling

• At least 3 years of experience in backend development
• Strong Python skills and good knowledge of Django or similar frameworks
• Good understanding of relational databases, caching, and backend systems
• Experience with REST APIs and service development
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD practices, and modern development workflows
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• English at B2 level or higher and fluent Russian
