Counter manager in luxury cosmetics

As Counter Manager (m/f/d) for our Luxe brands, full-time, you are an ambassador for our brand and offer our customers an excellent service experience at our partners in department and retail stores. You use your leadership skills to motivate your team and lead it to success. Through entrepreneurial thinking and action, you continuously develop the business performance indicators. You are also interested in exclusive niche fragrances, have training as a make-up artist (m/f/d), and love selling luxury cosmetics? Then this position could be just right for you.

• Take independent responsibility for managing and organizing the counter
• Take independent responsibility for all of the counter's business performance indicators, as well as preparing reports and efficient staff scheduling
• Lead and take responsibility for the team, and coach the team
• Provide excellent customer advice and acquire new customers
• Coordinate and implement sales-promoting activities and promotions
• Work closely with the Retail Team Manager (m/f/d) and the department/store manager (m/f/d)
