• Engage with telecom operators to identify customer requirements, business opportunities, and network challenges across Datacom, Optical Transmission, and Home Broadband domains.
• Design and present customized ICT solutions that address customer needs and support business growth.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide technical consultation throughout the pre-sales process.
• Lead bidding activities, including the preparation of technical proposals, executive summaries, RFI/RFP/RFQ responses, solution configurations, BOQs, and commercial quotations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver competitive solutions and achieve sales objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ICT solution sales, pre-sales, marketing, or solution management, with expertise in Datacom, Optical Transmission, or Home Broadband.
• Strong understanding of telecom network solutions and customer-oriented solution design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-driven, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, ownership, and execution skills.
• Fluent Russian (spoken and written) and professional proficiency in English.

• Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
• Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
• Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
• Probation period: 3 months.
• Working language: Russian/English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
