Business development manager in the care market

marta is building hourly care for people in need of care. We want to double our revenue over the next twelve months and grow into the seven-figure ARR range nationwide. We want to turn the care market upside down, and we are looking for someone who will go all in.

• You drive our growth. You open up new regions and partnerships, get them up and running, and scale them. The revenue you build is your number.
• You build the operating system for the rollout. You think in processes and use AI to build, iterate, and scale them.
• You work on topics from strategy to execution. You develop the plan and implement it yourself.

• 1 to 5 years of professional experience at a fast-paced startup, in consulting, or in venture capital
• You think in processes and numbers and use AI as a matter of course
• You want responsibility and pace
• Fluent German
