Business Development Manager

AUTO1.com drives the digital B2B used-car market and supports the buying and selling of vehicles through its automotive marketplace.

• Analyze sales processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement optimized solutions;
• Collaborate with technical and sales stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions;
• Visualize and present results to different stakeholders, including top management and external partners;
• Support process scaling through analytical and project-related tasks in daily operations;
• Develop project plans and prepare customer project onboarding and rollout with sales and management.

• Bachelor’s degree;
• Ideally, initial practical experience in business development or project management;
• Motivation to drive projects forward and work in a solution-oriented way;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines;
• Good knowledge of spreadsheet software, including Excel and Google Sheets;
• Very good German and English skills, written and spoken;
• Structured and independent working style with a strong sense of responsibility.
