UySot is a construction-focused technology company that provides a complete CRM and management solution for construction businesses. Its platform streamlines project management, resource allocation, client interactions, expense and invoice tracking, and document management.
задачи
- Drive sales of UySot’s construction CRM solution to business clients, primarily in the construction industry;
- Identify and qualify leads;
- Conduct product presentations and demos;
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing;
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships;
- Negotiate contracts;
- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction;
- Monitor market trends;
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports;
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and campaigns.
требования
- Strong B2B sales and account management skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and deal negotiation;
- Experience in CRM or SaaS solution sales, ideally in construction or related industries;
- Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into tailored solution proposals;
- Proficiency with sales tools and CRM platforms;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
- Ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment;
- Fluency in local language(s);
- Strong working proficiency in English;
- Results-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and commitment to ethical, inclusive business practices;
- Nice to have: Russian or other regional languages, prior experience in the construction sector or selling to construction companies.
