- Lead market entry and strategic growth initiatives in Poland;
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key digital partners;
- Identify new market opportunities and channels supporting expansion;
- Drive commercial initiatives from concept through full execution;
- Shape scalable collaboration models aligned with business objectives;
- Use performance insights to refine strategy and accelerate growth;
- Monitor market dynamics and emerging trends to inform decision-making.
требования
- Experience in Business Development, Partnerships or Digital Growth;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BD or partnership-driven roles;
- Strong understanding of digital acquisition and commercial metrics;
- Ability to independently source, negotiate and manage partnerships;
- Experience working with online platforms or digital ecosystems;
- Commercial mindset focused on measurable outcomes;
- Experience in FinTech Lending Banking or Financial Services;
- Fluent English and Polish.
