задачи
- Identify and attract new clients in the iGaming and GameDev markets;
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients and partners;
- Conduct negotiations, presentations, and online meetings;
- Understand clients' business needs and offer tailored solutions;
- Prepare commercial proposals and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline until contract signing;
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation;
- Collaborate closely with the Sales, Lead Generation, and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth client acquisition process.
требования
- Proven experience in Business Development or B2B Sales within the iGaming and/or GameDev industries;
- Strong understanding of outsourcing and outstaffing business models;
- Successful track record of acquiring new clients and closing deals;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- English B2;
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to manage the full sales cycle independently.
