Business Development Manager

The company operates as an experienced HR services provider connecting thousands of people through an extensive network of contacts and supporting candidates, employees, and clients across 130 locations in 10 European countries.

• Actively acquire new clients, focusing on industrial companies requiring heavy and oversized transport solutions;
• Build and develop long-term relationships with freight forwarders, logistics companies, ports, transport operators, and project cargo partners;
• Represent the company and promote its heavy haulage and project cargo capabilities on the Ukrainian market;
• Identify new business opportunities and support the company's expansion in Ukraine;
• Conduct client meetings, business visits, and commercial negotiations;
• Cooperate with transport operations and drivers to ensure successful execution of project cargo deliveries.

• Minimum several years of experience in transport industry;
• Knowledge of the Ukrainian logistics and forwarding market;
• Experience in business development and transport management;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Fluent English (spoken and written);
• Ability to work independently and build business structures from the ground up;
• Nice to have: Experience in heavy haulage or oversized transport companies, existing network within freight forwarders, ports, or industrial logistics sector, experience working with manufacturing, construction, agriculture, or oil & gas projects.
