Lion Finance Group PLC operates a bank whose International Business Development team drives international expansion, M&A transactions, and new market entry.

• Conduct strategic market and financial analysis of international banking sectors, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments;
• Analyze the financial performance and health of potential acquisition targets using their financial statements;
• Build and maintain financial models and analytical tools in Excel for investment valuation and decision-making;
• Synthesize research and data into concise analytical reports for senior stakeholders;
• Create PowerPoint presentations that translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for senior management;
• Assist with the end-to-end M&A process, including initial screening, due diligence, and investment memorandums;
• Track key strategic initiatives and keep stakeholders informed of milestones and developments;
• Engage with senior team members to support cross-border transactions and strategic partnerships.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
• 6–12 Months of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field;
• Fundamental understanding of income statements, balance sheets, and core analysis principles;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
• Fluency in English;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex problems and turn raw data into actionable insights;
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, reliable, polished work;
• Proactive, results-oriented approach with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate findings and ideas verbally and in writing;
• Nice to have: intermediate proficiency in Russian.
