With over 10 years of experience, the organization collaborates with more than 100 partner entities across Europe, China, and Turkey, managing complex production processes and maintaining strict quality control standards for international brands.
задачи
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients;
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing partners;
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle;
- Conduct prospecting and outreach;
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations;
- Negotiate contracts and terms;
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, timely delivery, and high service standards;
- Monitor market trends and gather client feedback;
- Support the development of sales strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth.
требования
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including pipeline management and reporting;
- Knowledge of sales processes, CRM tools, and basic commercial and contract principles;
- Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, logistics, and production teams;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
- Fluency in local language;
- English proficiency;
- Nice to have: Experience in advertising or promotional products, experience in import/export or coordination with overseas suppliers, knowledge of additional languages.
