business analyst fleet operations

Glovo is a local delivery platform operating in around 65 countries worldwide. It is part of the Delivery Hero Group.

• Own relationships with 5–8 third-party logistics providers and act as the main business partner for their owners
• Conduct regular reviews to align partners’ growth with Glovo’s objectives
• Analyze fleet KPIs to maximize order volumes, resolve operational bottlenecks, and improve partner profitability
• Onboard and promote Glovo technology, features, and processes to optimize partners’ daily operations
• Ensure contract execution, lead commercial renegotiations, and maintain high service levels
• Work with Billing, Pricing, Legal, and Ops to resolve complex issues and ensure a smooth partner experience
• Partner with the Strategy & Data team to launch local initiatives and experiments based on marketplace insights

• 2 Years of experience in Account Management, Operations, or Consulting
• Commercial and negotiation skills; able to build trust and handle challenging commercial conversations with business owners
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with data and track KPIs to optimize business margins and growth
• Proactive and ownership-driven, with a bias for action and comfort navigating structural changes and ambiguity
• Familiarity with digital tools and dashboard platforms such as Google Sheets and Looker
• Native or fluent Spanish and high working proficiency in English
