As our Associate National Sales Director, you will drive growth across the UK and European market by winning new customers and expanding relationships with existing property and casualty (P&C) insurance clients. You will lead complex enterprise sales opportunities, build trusted relationships with senior decision makers, and align Duck Creek’s software and services with customers’ strategic priorities. This is an opportunity to develop high-value relationships across the London Market, specialty insurance, and reinsurance sectors while contributing directly to Duck Creek’s continued growth. We have a well-established customer base in France – French language skills are essential.

Location: London, UK — Hybrid working – 3 days a week in office

Travel: Up to 50%

• Experience in enterprise software or technology sales, or in advising on technology strategy and transformation within the insurance sector, either in an internal strategy or change role or with a consulting firm.
• Knowledge of the insurance sector, ideally reinsurance or the London Market/specialty insurance, with an understanding of the relevant market, customers, business models, and strategic priorities.
• Experience contributing to multi-stakeholder sales processes, client engagements, or change programs, with the ability to build credible relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
• A consultative, solution-focused approach, with experience in, or a strong appetite to develop, prospecting, account planning, pipeline development, opportunity management, forecasting, and closing complex transactions.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams across sales, solutions, services, and partner organizations, maintaining focus on strategic customer and commercial outcomes.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and influencing skills, combined with the ability to understand customer challenges and connect them to relevant software and service capabilities.
• Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders in both languages.
