• Serve customers and provide consultations on the bank's services and products;
• Identify customer needs and attract new customers;
• Sell and cross-sell the bank's services;
• Process loans, deposits, bank account opening and servicing, payment cards, safe deposit boxes, and remote banking systems;
• Provide customers with account certificates, statements, payment documents, duplicates, and other documents defined by the bank's internal regulations.

• Higher education;
• At least 1 year of work experience in lending;
• Good computer skills, including MS Office;
• Knowledge of Armenian and Russian;
• Communication and negotiation skills;
• Sales skills;
• Willingness to work in a team;
• Ability to work in different situations and quickly assess circumstances;
• Stress resistance.
