• Serve as the single point of contact for the client
• Manage e-content execution
• Manage e-commerce projects in the DACH market
• Organize e-commerce workshops and trend overviews for clients and e-retailers
• Prepare e-commerce recommendations for the client
• Manage the CARS tracker for DACH, including updates, newsletters, and client recommendations
• Build strong relationships with teams
