At Colliers, you will have the space to take ownership of the full recruitment process, advise stakeholders and actively contribute to the further development of Talent Acquisition in the Netherlands.

• You are ultimately responsible for the full recruitment process at Colliers Netherlands, from intake to onboarding;
• Advise and challenge hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment issues, labour market developments and the best recruitment approach;
• Build and maintain talent pools and ensure a strong flow of both experienced professionals and future young talent;
• You are responsible for the campus recruitment programme and represent Colliers at universities of applied sciences, universities, events and in-house days;
• Take the lead in the further development of Talent Acquisition, including employer branding, candidate experience, onboarding and the optimisation of our ATS system SmartRecruiters;
• Work with colleagues throughout the Netherlands and regularly visit our offices in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven and Nieuwegein.

• You are an independent recruiter who takes ownership, is confident and gets energy from further developing Talent Acquisition. You work easily with stakeholders at different levels and know how to take recruitment to the next level.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar;
• Experience with stakeholder management and advising hiring managers;
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;
• Availability of at least 32 hours per week;
• Willingness to regularly visit our locations in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven and Nieuwegein.

• €4,000 to €5,250 gross per month based on full-time hours and depending on relevant work experience;
