Talent acquisition consultant in real estate

• You are part of the People Team and responsible for the 360-degree recruitment process for Colliers Netherlands.
• You write vacancy texts, choose the right recruitment channels, conduct selection interviews and guide candidates throughout the entire process, from first contact through to the offer and onboarding.
• You build and maintain talent pools, actively follow up with potential candidates and know exactly when and how best to approach them.
• You are also responsible for the campus recruitment programme.
• You establish and maintain partnerships with universities of applied sciences and universities, organise in-house days, and develop cases and workshops to attract young talent to Colliers.
• You lead the operational and strategic annual plan for Talent Acquisition.
• You make an impact on themes such as employer branding and onboarding.
• You have the opportunity to improve processes, introduce innovative recruitment methods and actively contribute to strategic HR projects.

• You have at least 2+ years of experience as an in-house Corporate Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter or similar.
• You are enthusiastic, proactive and have a distinctive approach.
• You have strong communication skills in Dutch and English (C1).
• You work easily with different stakeholders and know how to maintain an overview in a role with many parallel tasks.
• Available for at least 32 hours per week (4 days per week).
