• Perform financial analysis and other analytical work to support the client account based in Warsaw
• Assist clients in optimizing financial models and bring expertise and innovation
• Use and improve customized financial models to analyze occupancy alternatives
• Optimize clients’ real estate strategies through customized analysis of different real estate scenarios
• Engage in regular meetings with the client and the client’s customers to review and advise on alternatives
• Present financial models to clients
• Maintain ongoing communication with the client and account team
• Review lease documents for inputs into financial models
• Work actively with the client’s lease database
• Cooperate and interact with team members daily in a project-based environment

• BA or higher in finance or a related field
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Expertise in MS Excel, including advanced lookup, index, and sum product array functions
• Moderate VBA coding experience beyond recording macros
• Proficiency with other Microsoft Office products, including Access
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in consulting, real estate, capital markets, or banking
• Proactive, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
