bbf: provides property sales, rentals, management, construction, and related services in Cyprus and Greece. The KEAN Project is a large-scale seafront development in Limassol combining residences, lifestyle, and commercial spaces.

• Prepare monthly management accounts and ensure their accuracy and timely delivery
• Prepare monthly project reports covering performance, cash spending, and cash planning
• Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts
• Analyze actual versus budget and forecast variances, providing commentary for management review
• Maintain and update financial reporting templates
• Keep accounting records up to date and accurate
• Support key financial controls and flag exceptions for senior review
• Assist with preparing and updating project financial models
• Liaise with external auditors and support them throughout the audit process

• At least 3–4 years of experience in a similar role or audit experience with a Big Four Audit Firm
• ACCA or ACA membership
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting under Cypriot legislation
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Excellent command of Greek and English
• Strong analytical and communication skills
