Financial analyst in real estate development

Currently, bbf: is expanding its internal team and seeking an experienced Financial Analyst for the KEAN Project - our flagship, large-scale seafront development in Limassol. This landmark mixed-use project is set to redefine modern coastal living, combining premium residences, lifestyle, and commercial spaces in one of the island’s most prestigious locations.

• Prepare monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Prepare monthly project reports including performance, cash spending and cash planning.
• Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Analyse actual vs. budget/forecast variances and provide clear commentary for management review.
• Maintain and update financial reporting templates.
• Ensure accounting records are up to date and accurate.
• Assist in maintaining key financial controls and flagging exceptions for senior review.
• Assistance in the preparation and update of project Financial models.
• Liaise with external auditors, supporting them throughout the audit process.

• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role or audit experience with a Big Four Audit Firm.
• ACCA or ACA member.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting under Cypriot legislation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software; SAP Business One is preferable.
• Excellent command of Greek and English.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
