• Own end-to-end hiring from intake through offer across Product, Tech, and Business, with Product as the primary area;
• Partner with hiring managers and Product leadership by running intakes, clarifying requirements, calibrating candidates, and maintaining hiring standards;
• Develop sourcing strategies using passive outreach, Boolean search, referrals, networking, and competitive intelligence across travel tech, marketplaces, and B2B SaaS;
• Maintain pipelines for critical and recurring roles;
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing and keep assessments consistent as teams grow;
• Use hiring data, funnel conversion, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness to improve hiring practices;
• Keep the ATS accurate;
• Support employer branding in relevant hiring communities.

• 5+ Years of in-house talent acquisition experience;
• Demonstrable full-cycle ownership, including sourcing, assessing, negotiating, and closing senior hires;
• Strong Product hiring experience and the ability to discuss discovery, roadmaps, and metrics;
• Experience across Tech and Business hiring;
• Strong stakeholder management with senior hiring managers;
• Proven pipelines of active and passive candidates, with experience closing offers;
• Ability to build funnel views and use data to support decisions;
• Curious mindset, research interest, and openness to 360-degree feedback;
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, global, diverse startup environment;
• Affinity with tools and experience keeping ATS and data accurate;
• Fluent English, verbal and written.
