THEKER Robotics is a robotics and AI company developing intelligent, adaptable systems for industrial automation and redefining how physical work is performed.

• Own the full recruitment pipeline from kickoff to signed offer;
• Calibrate with hiring managers to define role requirements before sourcing;
• Map the market and source candidates directly through LinkedIn, outreach, referrals, and other effective channels;
• Screen and interview candidates and provide hiring managers with clear recommendations;
• Drive offer negotiations through signing;
• Keep the ATS and candidate pipeline accurate and current;
• Track recruiting metrics, including pipeline generated, time to fill, and offer acceptance rate per role;
• Act as the main candidate contact throughout the process and protect THEKER's market reputation;
• Flag underperforming roles or briefs and work with hiring managers to improve them.

• Previous full-cycle recruiting experience, owning sourcing, calibration, screening, interviews, offers, and closing end to end;
• Proven record of closing candidates, not just moving them through a pipeline;
• Comfortable sourcing and engaging candidates directly without dedicated pipeline support;
• Experience calibrating with hiring managers and challenging briefs that do not match the market;
• Comfortable working with KPIs and timelines in a fast-moving environment;
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish;
• Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate;
• Nice to have: Experience recruiting for engineering, technical, or industrial roles, agency background or experience in a hyper-growth start-up, familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools, a third language beyond English and Spanish.
