Talent acquisition specialist in nearshore hiring

As part of the acceleration of our European nearshore model, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Portugal, eager to grow in an international and performance-driven environment.

• Support the full IT recruitment lifecycle for local and international business needs
• Source and identify technical talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and multi-channel sourcing
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines
• Pre-qualify candidates and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
• Track recruitment KPIs and support process optimization
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives in Portugal

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment
• Strong interest in technology and digital roles (Engineering, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, QA)
• Professional English required
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
• Results-driven mindset and strong communication skills
• Curious, autonomous, and motivated to grow in an international context
