• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical consulting roles in digital transformation projects
• Collaborate with delivery and business development teams to understand project pipelines and upcoming talent needs
• Match internal or external consultants to project roles based on skills, experience, and availability
• Contribute to RFI and RFP responses by identifying and detailing available resources
• Source candidates through job boards, databases, and referrals to build a pipeline of technical talent
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate technical assessments and interviews with project leads
• Maintain and update ATS and resource pool records
• Support offer preparation, contract coordination, and onboarding communication
• Track recruitment and staffing metrics and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders
• Represent the company at networking events and recruitment initiatives to support talent engagement

• 5+ Years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a consulting or project-based environment
• Experience sourcing technical consultants for IT, data, or digital roles
• Familiarity with staffing processes in professional services or delivery-based organizations
• Proficiency with sourcing tools and ATS, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, and Greenhouse
• Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to work across global teams
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Fluent in English
• Understanding of the contracting and employment market in Spain and/or the EU
