• Own and deliver the full recruitment lifecycle from initial briefing through to offer;
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements;
• Manage multiple complex vacancies simultaneously across various departments;
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates;
• Utilise LinkedIn, referrals, and networking to source candidates;
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs;
• Advise hiring managers on market insights and hiring strategies;
• Manage communication and expectations throughout the hiring process;
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics;
• Use data to improve hiring processes and outcomes;
• Lead the transformation of talent acquisition processes, systems, and tools;
• Drive operational excellence and scalability;
• Review and improve recruitment processes through automation and efficiency enhancements;
• Support and train hiring managers on best interview practices and techniques;
• Lead and standardise culture-fit interviews across all hires;
• Champion company values throughout the hiring process;
• Design and evolve culture assessment frameworks;
• Promote the company’s culture, values, and proposition as a brand ambassador;
• Own and enhance the end-to-end candidate experience;
• Partner with internal teams on employer branding initiatives;
• Benchmark candidate experience and improve outcomes.

• At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in-house or across agency and in-house environments;
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple role types;
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills with a proactive approach;
• Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment;
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools such as SmartRecruiters, Workday, and LinkedIn Recruiter;
• Experience working with data and recruitment metrics, including reporting and process optimisation;
• Experience leading recruitment process improvements and change initiatives;
• Strong knowledge of inclusive hiring practices and best-practice recruitment methodologies;
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Nice to have: Professional HR or recruitment qualification, such as CIPD Level 5 or above.

• Significant internal travel to partner locations is required;
• Monthly international travel to SquareTrade HQ in London is required;
• Two to three days per week are spent with partners across HQs and stores within and outside the assigned region;
