• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for IT positions;
• Source and engage candidates proactively through various channels;
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ soft skills and culture fit;
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gather requirements, align on profiles, and collect structured feedback;
• Organize and coordinate all stages of the hiring process;
• Support candidates throughout the hiring journey up to contract signing;
• Maintain and update candidate data in TeamTailor ATS;
• Participate in HR projects including process automation, employer branding, and other initiatives.

• At least 4 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a product or tech company;
• Proven experience hiring for IT functions;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Structured, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple open roles simultaneously;
• Upper-Intermediate English or above.
