• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract technical talent through social media, job boards, networking events, and industry conferences;
• Align recruitment strategies with the company’s strategic goals;
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance;
• Screen and assess candidates for alignment with job requirements and company culture;
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and define selection criteria;
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive and active candidates;
• Use data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and improve the hiring process;
• Champion the employer brand and create content showcasing company culture and values;
• Suggest improvements to recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies;
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters through training and support;
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and technology.

• BSc/MSc in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Tech recruitment;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Resourcefulness, drive, and passion for talent attraction;
• Enthusiasm and ability to contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Nice to have: CIPD qualification, working experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS).
