• Own the end-to-end talent acquisition process for key parts of the business, including Analytics and Professional hiring;
• Serve as the key point of contact and trusted leader for assigned business areas, using market knowledge to influence the overall people strategy;
• Develop and implement long-term sourcing strategies to create robust candidate pipelines for immediate demand and future skill requirements;
• Partner with Talent Brand to build and implement an engaging attraction strategy that positions Capital One as an employer of choice;
• Monitor changes in the recruitment market and bring innovation and new ideas to the wider Talent Acquisition team.

• Significant experience as a full-lifecycle recruiter within financial services;
• Strategic approach to talent challenges, including advising senior stakeholders and shaping organisational hiring strategy;
• Curiosity to understand recruited roles and discuss related challenges meaningfully;
• Highly effective communication and relationship-building skills for partnering with hiring managers and providing a strong candidate experience;
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and constantly changing environment while identifying improvement opportunities;
• Data-driven approach to optimise recruitment processes and provide meaningful business insights;
• Strong organisational skills to maintain a well-managed approach;
• Nice to have: Experience using GSuite, Workday.

• Work location: Nottingham or London, United Kingdom;
• Three days per week in the office from Tuesday to Thursday, with Monday and Friday as work-from-home days;
