• Use proactive and reactive recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent for various roles;
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to hiring;
• Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals;
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through transparent communication, timely feedback, and a smooth recruitment process;
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop recruitment strategies;
• Monitor industry trends, the market environment, and competitor activities to support informed recruitment decisions;
• Promote the company culture and values to attract candidates who identify with Flatpay’s mission and vision.

• Motivation, strong communication skills, and curiosity about modern talent acquisition;
• Initial recruiting experience, for example through an internship, working student role, or first permanent position;
• Interest in innovative talent acquisition methods and willingness to learn new tools and processes;
• Clear, empathetic, and professional communication with candidates, colleagues, and managers;
• Structured working style and ability to manage multiple open roles;
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach and comfort working in a dynamic environment;
• Initial experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar tools, or willingness to learn quickly;
• Very good German skills, both written and spoken;
• Nice to have: English skills.
