задачи
- Own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding and probation tracking
- Build and manage hiring funnels, including stage conversion, time-to-hire, and sourcing channels
- Research labor markets in Europe, Asia, and CIS, map talent pools, and identify new channels
- Run screenings and interviews, assessing soft and hard skills against business needs
- Maintain regular reporting on funnel status and open positions
требования
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience
- Experience independently building and analyzing basic hiring funnels
- English C1+ for daily communication and interviews
- Strong sourcing skills, including talent maps, donor companies, and non-standard channels
- Hands-on experience filling roles in CIS, Europe, and Asia
- Будет плюсом: international agency or commercial company experience
