• Hold at least a higher professional education degree, preferably in a relevant field;
• Have at least 2 years of experience as a Recruiter or intercedent;
• Have strong communication and persuasion skills;
• Be proactive, commercial, and results-oriented;
• Be socially skilled, empathetic, adaptable, persistent, and eager to learn;
• Nice to have: Affinity with the financial sector, experience building professional networks.
