Talent acquisition specialist in airport operations

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, attracting and selecting qualified talent, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while supporting the organization's hiring needs. The role partners closely with hiring managers to deliver efficient and high-quality recruitment solutions, contributes to employer branding and recruitment process improvements, and supports successful onboarding of new employees.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from workforce planning and sourcing strategy development to onboarding and adaptation of new employees.
• Apply effective talent sourcing and attraction strategies using a variety of recruitment channels, including direct search, professional networks, employee referrals, and digital platforms.
• Conduct the full candidate assessment process, including phone screenings, structured competency-based interviews, evaluation of professional and behavioral competencies, and coordination of additional assessment stages when required.
• Deliver an outstanding Candidate Experience through timely communication, continuous support throughout the recruitment process, and by promoting a positive employer brand.
• Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview scheduling, collecting and providing feedback, supporting hiring decisions, and managing the job offer process.
• Prepare and manage employment-related documentation, including job offers, hiring documents, and coordination with internal departments throughout the onboarding process.
• Working with LinkedIn, HeadHunter, and other sourcing channels to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Participate in Employer Branding initiatives, career events, job fairs, and other talent attraction activities.
• Monitor labor market trends, analyze the competitive landscape, and implement modern recruitment tools and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment and onboarding processes.

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3-6 years of experience in recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with modern recruitment tools, including HeadHunter, LinkedIn, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and AI-powered tools for candidate sourcing and assessment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel); knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
• Practical experience in recruiting for specialist, administrative, and managerial positions.
• Proven ability to partner with managers at different organizational levels and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Fluency in Kazakh, Russian, and English.

• This is a temporary position to provide maternity leave coverage for the current employee.
