• Build and execute comprehensive talent strategies for high-performing GTM teams;
• Build proactive pipelines for GTM and technical GTM roles across EMEA;
• Maintain relationships with the GEO VP and cross-functional stakeholders;
• Partner with internal AI agents and generative tools to reduce manual tasks and optimize outreach workflows;
• Analyze recruitment data, including time-to-hire and source efficiency, to guide talent strategies and operational decisions;
• Lead strategic employer branding initiatives for the EMEA market.

• Proven success as a Senior Recruiter hiring for technical GTM roles, including Customer Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineers, Customer Experience, Solutions Architects, and sales GTM organizations;
• Ability to anticipate bottlenecks and resolve complex organizational issues;
• Effective negotiation skills and understanding of Cloudflare’s value proposition;
• Experience with automated workflows, AI-powered sourcing environments, and LLMs for Boolean logic and market mapping;
• Strong organizational skills and focus on candidate experience;
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills;
• Ability to communicate transparently, align teams and stakeholders, and influence through data and market insights;
• Ability to take full responsibility for outcomes in changing technological and organizational environments.

• The role is based in London and supports the broader EMEA region;
