Talent Acquisition Specialist for IT and Finance Consultants

Mindquest is a recruitment firm specializing in IT and Finance profiles, offering both permanent and freelance placements. It connects talent with client projects, from short-term assignments to long-term transformation projects.

• Understand client hiring needs, including profiles such as web developers, SAP consultants, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
• Identify and implement suitable sourcing methods and channels for each profile
• Write attractive assignment descriptions and publish them on company tools
• Develop a digital communications strategy on social media
• Conduct qualification interviews by phone or video and negotiate consultant rates
• Write interview reports
• Build the consultant talent pool

• At least a two-year degree
• Strong commercial aptitude and motivation to meet challenges and targets
• Confirmed experience in recruitment through headhunting and direct approach
• Agility, flexibility, and interest in sales and IT roles
• Curiosity, proactivity, and eagerness to learn and ask questions
• Strong interpersonal skills and ease in building rapport
• Team spirit and ability to adapt to collaborative working methods
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken
