Siemens Energy develops energy systems and technologies that support reliable and sustainable power generation. Its Gas Services division provides low-emission power generation through service, decarbonization, modernization, and digitalization of gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators.

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities in partnership with business leaders and hiring managers;
• Lead and coach project teams, including workload allocation, capacity planning, prioritization, and KPI and service-level delivery;
• Lead Talent Acquisition projects and support organizational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Analyze recruiting metrics and market insights to identify optimization opportunities and drive data-informed decisions;
• Manage end-to-end recruiting activities across functions and position levels, including tariff and non-tariff roles;
• Collaborate with HR, Works Councils, business leaders, and global stakeholders on recruiting processes, governance, labor relations, and talent acquisition strategies.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field;
• Extensive Talent Acquisition experience with a strong end-to-end recruiting generalist background;
• Experience gained within a global industrial or corporate environment;
• Experience leading recruiting projects and navigating complex matrix organizations with multiple stakeholder groups;
• Strong project management skills;
• Experience driving recruiting or organizational transformation initiatives;
• High data affinity and ability to interpret recruiting metrics, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions using applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics;
• Sound understanding of collective bargaining agreements and tariff structures;
• Experience collaborating with Works Councils;
• Familiarity with governance processes in a corporate environment;
• Professional proficiency in German and English.
