Assist the Talent Acquisition team in hiring high-impact employees
Review applications and identify top candidates for open roles
Proactively source passive talent for various positions
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Develop and implement strategies to attract new talent
Contribute to a positive candidate experience

Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR practices
Analytical mindset and keen attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and learn new topics quickly
Excellent writing skills
Native-level English proficiency
