- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs;
- Source potential candidates through various channels and platforms in local and international labor markets;
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews;
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies;
- Manage candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using the company’s Applicant Tracking System;
- Design interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements;
- Organize and participate in job fairs, employer branding events, and recruitment campaigns;
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates;
- Support and manage recruitment-related projects and initiatives within the company.
