Click&Boat is a rental platform and the European leader in boat rentals. Its marketplace makes boating accessible worldwide while helping private and professional boat owners generate additional income through rentals.

• Own the first steps of the recruitment process, from CV screening to introductory interviews;
• Identify and engage talent across different profiles;
• Experiment with sourcing strategies, platforms, and AI-powered recruitment tools;
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver an outstanding candidate experience;
• Participate in side projects related to employer branding and process improvements;
• Share ideas for improving hiring processes.

• Pursue an end-of-studies internship and be ready to start a career in Talent Acquisition;
• Be fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment;
• Enjoy fast-paced, high-volume recruitment and stay organized while managing multiple priorities;
• Have a sales mindset and be proactive, resilient, and motivated by results;
• Be coachable, open to feedback, and eager to grow;
• Bring positive energy and curiosity, ask questions, and challenge the status quo;
• Nice to have: Fluent French and/or Spanish, experience in a start-up or scale-up environment, prior experience in Talent Acquisition or sales.

• Internship for 4 to 6 months, starting in September;
• Remote work policy: 1 day per week;
