You’ll own recruitment end-to-end, leading tech and non-tech hiring from sourcing through offers, vendors and contracts to onboarding, so that both candidates and the business feel taken care of. You’ll also keep improving how we hire with AI-powered workflows, data and feedback.

We’re looking for a partner rather than just a recruiter: someone who works across all levels of the organization, challenges hiring managers and uses market data to drive faster, better decisions.

Working hand in hand with our Head of HR, you’ll juggle competing priorities, embrace feedback and fulfil your professional potential.

- Rate: PLN 9.000 - 12.000 + VAT / month (B2B)

- Contract: B2B, no-service days, hybrid but we are open to remote with occasional visits in Wrocław office; Polish time zone; flexible hours, full-time position, long-term contract

- Tools you’ll use: Lever (ATS), Slack, GSuite, Jira, Coda, GitHub, AI tools, Apple MacBook Pro, Figma/FigJam

• Own recruitment end-to-end for Tech and non-tech roles, from intake with hiring managers to signed offer
• Act as a true partner to hiring managers: challenge role requirements when needed, and help them make faster, better hiring decisions by clearly presenting trade-offs (e.g. seniority vs. budget, speed vs. perfect fit, market reality vs. wish list)
• Design, run and improve our recruitment processes and flows by confronting outcomes not only on the day of signing the candidate, but 6-12 months down the line
• Take care of our ATS (Lever) and keep recruitment data clean and useful
• Make candidate experience one of our strengths at every step
• Work with recruitment agencies and other vendors
• Support salary decisions with market benchmarking
• Create an onboarding experience that makes new people excited to start and confident from day one
• Partner with our Head of HR on wider people topics as the role grows
• Bring AI enthusiasm to the fold! Automate, optimize and improve processes with Claude

• Solid experience in end-to-end Tech recruitment (this is crucial!)
• Hands-on experience in sourcing for Tech roles
• Knowledge of various tech roles and how they relate to stakeholder needs (BE, FE, Full Stack, PO)
• Great at juggling multiple processes and adjusting priorities as project needs change
• Proven experience advising hiring managers and shaping hiring decisions (e.g. adjusting role profiles, closing candidates faster, aligning expectations with the market)
• Hands-on experience with an ATS (ideally Lever)
• Experience in onboarding new hires
• Comfortable explaining the ins and outs of B2B and Mandate contracts to candidates
• Experience in vendor management, including recruitment agencies and job boards
• Knowledge of salary benchmarking in the IT market
• People data management with Google Workspace
• Experience with offboarding, exit interviews, people data management
• Practical use of AI and LLM tools in recruitment or HR
• Experience supporting Employer Branding and marketing initiatives
