Own end-to-end recruitment processes, from talent mapping and proactive sourcing through interviews, candidate evaluation, and offer management
Identify and engage top-tier technical and non-technical talent globally, particularly across major technology hubs
Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, technical communities, AI tools, and unconventional channels
Conduct structured screening interviews and provide actionable candidate assessments to hiring managers
Partner with founders and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and build effective recruitment strategies
Build international talent pipelines and maintain relationships with passive candidates
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Improve recruitment workflows, employer branding, and AI-powered sourcing and automation

At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in Technology/IT recruitment
Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
Experience sourcing and attracting international talent across Europe, the US, LATAM, or other global markets
Strong understanding of technical recruitment, particularly Software Engineering, Product, AI, or related functions
Ability to engage passive candidates through proactive sourcing and headhunting
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes and partnering with senior stakeholders
Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern recruitment tools
Full professional fluency in English
